Dr. Luis is a head of the spine surgery service and traumatology emergency service at UMAE HTOLV. He has more than 24 years of experience in various prestigious institutions such as Hospital Star Médica Centro, Hospital Star Médica Lomas Verdes, among others. He trained as a Surgeon at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and later specializes in Traumatology and Orthopedics at the High Specialty Medical Unit “Hospital de Traumatología y Ortopedia Lomas Verdes” with university recognition by the UNAM, complementing with the master’s degree in Senior Management at the Postgraduate Center of the State of Mexico.

Diagnosis and treatment of Lumbar and Cervical Intervertebral Disc Hernias, Vertebral Fractures, Spondylotic Cervical Myelopathy, Narrow Lumbar Canal, Vertebral Destruction Syndrome and Metastatic Disease of the Spine, performs conventional and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
